石家庄地区2010年食物中重金属污染调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解石家庄地区食物中重金属铅、汞、镉的含量状况及分布规律。方法样品均为石家庄地区县(市)市售常见食品,样品处理及测试采用国家标准方法 (GB/T5009.12.15.17)。结果食品中重金属主要是铅污染,样本中铅的超标率分别为猪肾50.0%、猪肉44.0%、米(大米、黑米)35.0%、面粉33.3%。镉的超标率较低,样本中汞含量检测全部符合国家标准。结论石家庄地区铅污染严重;食品中汞、镉安全。 Objective To investigate the contents and distribution of lead,mercury and cadmium in the food of Shijiazhuang areas.Method All samples were common food from the supermarkets of shijiazhuang.The national standard method(GB/T5009.12.15.17) was used for sample treatment and test.Results The main heavy metal contamination of the food was lead,the exceed rates of lead in pig kidney,pork,rice and wheat flour were 44.0%,50.0%,35.0% and 33.3%,respectively.Cadmium exceed rate was lower.Mercury content was accord with the national standards.Conclusions Lead contamination was seriously in Shijiazhuang,but mercury and cadmium were security.
