摘要
目的对淮安五个地区的克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)体内As、Hg、Pb、Cd四种重金属污染情况进行检测分析。方法 2011年7~10月分别从淮安市五个区县的克氏原螯虾养殖场采集成品虾样品48批次,用原子荧光分光光度计和原子吸收光谱仪对样品进行检测,并采用单因素污染评定方法对该地区克氏原螯虾重金属污染水平进行评定。结果检测结果表明,淮安地区克氏原螯虾四种重金属都未超出安全限量范围。结论淮安地区人工养殖的克氏原螯虾抽查未见As、Hg、Pb、Cd的污染,即淮安地区人工养殖的克氏原螯虾没有受到重金属As、Hg、Pb、Cd的污染。
Objective To detect and analyze the heavy metals of arsenic,mercury,lead,and cadmium in Procambarus clarkii collected from five counties of Huai'an area.Methods A total of 48 samples of Procambarus clarkii were collected from Huai'an of Jiangsu province from July 2011 to October 2011,and were detected by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer and atomic absorption spectrometer.Results The contents of heavy metals in Procambarus clarkii collected from Huai'an were lower than the required maximum residue limits.Conclusion The Procambarus clarkii collected from artificial breeding farms in Huai'an area were unpolluted.
