摘要
目前,人力资源服务产业园区建设已经成为理论和实践领域的热点议题。基于对上海、浙江等地一些具有代表性园区的实地调研,文章从产品和服务结构、管理运营机制和产业链搭建等方面对我国人力资源服务产业园区的发展现状进行了剖析,针对园区建设存在的问题和困境,提出应加强政策引导和科学规划、注重园区功能定位、探索市场化运营机制、多渠道积极招商引资等对策建议,以期为促进园区发展提供借鉴和参考。
At present,the human resource service industry park construction has become a hot topic in the field of the theory and practice areas,the construction of the human resource service industry park can be described in full swing.In order to understand the current situation of human resources service industry park,the author went to Shandong,Zhejiang,Anhui and other places to carry out a field research,based on this,this paper intends to analyze the development situation and the problems,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
