摘要
包括人力资源管理咨询、就业服务和培训在内的人力资源服务业,以其巨大的产值和就业规模,已经成为欧美发达国家服务经济中的一个重要组成部分。目前国外人力资源服务业呈现出知识化、专业化、综合化、信息化、全球化等发展特点,这对还存在总体实力不足、服务发展不均衡、服务体系不完善、市场化程度不高、企业治理不健全等问题的我国人力资源服务业发展,具有一定的启迪意义。
The human resource service industry, which is made of human resource management consulting service, employment service and training, has been a vital part of the Service Economy in developed countries since its rapid growth, great output values and the contribution on increasing jobs and reducing unemployment. In this paper, by comparison with its trends on knowledgeable, professional, integration, information and globalization in developed countries, the author indicates some problems existing in the current human resource service industry of China, which are the weak comprehensive competitiveness, the imbalanced growth, the incomplete industry chain, the low market degree and the imperfect corporation governance, and proposes some advice for its improvements in future.
