摘要
目的:分析老年晚期结直肠癌患者化疗联合使用艾迪注射液的效果。方法:选取在2011年6月—2016年6月在我院接受化疗的71例老年晚期结直肠癌患者,随机分为对照与观察两组,所有患者均采用FOLFOX-4方案,观察组在此基础上使用艾迪注射液,对比化疗效果、不良反应、生活质量。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率略高于对照组,但两组患者对比未见显著差异,P>0.05;但观察组患者与对照组相比在化疗期间不良反应发生率更低,且生活质量更好,两组对比存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论:老年晚期结直肠癌化疗效果联合使用艾迪注射液临床疗效确切,还可明显减少化疗药物所产生的不良反应,进而提升患者癌症晚期的生活质量,具有极高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the effect of chemotherapy combined with Aidi injection in elderly patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of71patients with advanced colorectal cancer who underwent chemotherapy from June2011to June in2016were randomlydivided into control group and observation group.All patients were treated with FOLFOX-4regimen.Observation group was also used Aidi injection.Then the effects of chemotherapy,toxic side effects,quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in theobservation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups,P>0.05;but the incidenceof side effects was lower in the observation group compared with the control group Life quality is better,there is significant difference between the twogroups,P<0.05.Conclusion:The combination of Aidi injection with chemotherapy can improve the immunity of the elderly.It can help the patient to regulatethe immune function,enhance the effect of chemotherapy,reduce the toxicity and promote the improvement of the quality of life.
