摘要
目的探究艾迪注射液对中晚期老年结肠癌患者近远期疗效及Th17/Treg平衡的影响。方法选择2016年4月~2018年3月海南医学院第一附属医院治疗的II、III期老年结肠癌患者124例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组62例。对照组采用奥沙利铂+亚叶酸钙+5-氟尿嘧啶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用艾迪注射液治疗。流式细胞仪检测患者治疗前后外周血Th17和Treg细胞的比例变化。比较两组治疗有效率和控制率,以及1年后的复发转移率和生存率。结果治疗前两组Th17、Treg细胞所占比例和Th17/Treg比值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组Th17细胞所占比例显著高于对照组(P<0.001),观察组Treg细胞所占比例显著低于对照组(P<0.001),观察组Th17/Treg比值显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组临床治疗有效率和控制率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复发转移率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组生存率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾迪注射液辅助治疗中晚期老年结肠癌,可以升高Th17细胞,减低Treg细胞,纠正患者Th17/Treg平衡的失调,增强患者免疫功能,提高近、远期临床疗效。
Objective To explore the short and long-term clinical effect of aidi injection on colon cancer in older patients and the effect on Th17/Treg.Methods 124 older patients with colon cancer were enrolled in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College.The patients were randomly divided into the control group(62 cases)and the observation group(62 cases).The control group was treated with oxaliplatin plus calcium folate and 5-fluorouracil.The observation group was treated with regimen of control group plus aidi injection.Th17 and Treg cells were detected by flow cytometry.The response rate,disease control rate,recurrence-metastasis rate and mortality rate after 1 year were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the proportion of Th17 cells and Treg cells,and Th17/Treg between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,in the observation group,the proportion of Th17 was higher(P<0.001),and the proportion of Treg was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).Th17/Treg ratio in observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).In the observation group,the response rate and the disease control rate were higher(P<0.05),the recurrence and metastasis rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the survival rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aidi injection could balance Th17/Treg ratio by increasing Th17 and decreasing Treg in older patients with colon cancer,which could enhance the immune function and improve the short and long-term efficacy.
