摘要
目的:探讨完整结肠系膜切术治疗老年结肠癌患者的临床效果。方法:2017年11月-2019年12月收治老年结肠癌患者76例,根据临床治疗方案不同分为两组。研究组接受完整结肠系膜切除术治疗;对照组接受传统根治术治疗。比较两组手术效果。结果:研究组淋巴结清扫数量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术中失血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:完整结肠系膜切除术治疗老年结肠癌的整体效果,优于传统根治术。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of complete mesocolectomy in the treatment of elderly patients with colon cancer.Methods:From November 2017 to December 2019,76 cases of elderly patients with colon cancer were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the clinical treatment plans.The study group received complete mesocolectomy.The control group received traditional radical surgery.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The cleaning quantity of lymph node in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall effect of complete mesocolectomy in the treatment of elderly patients with colon cancer is better than traditional radical surgery.
