摘要
目的:探讨中医自拟方联合同步放化疗治疗晚期直肠癌的临床疗效观察。方法:选择2012年1月—2014年4月我院收治的晚期直肠癌患者96例,将其随机分为观察组50例,对照组46例,对照组采取同步放化疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上加用我院自拟方剂治疗,比较两组患者治疗近期疗效、前后生活质量、KPS评分以及治疗期间不良反应。结果:观察组治疗有效率为78.00%、对照组治疗有效率为52.17%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组生活质量评分无差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组生活质量评分较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),治疗后对照组生活质量评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制以及放射性直肠炎的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:我院自拟方联合同步放化疗治疗晚期直肠癌,能够显著提高治疗有效率,降低治疗期间不良反应的发生率,有效改善患者的生活质量,具有减毒增效的作用,值得进一步研究。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM self-made formula combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods： 96 patients with advanced rectal cancer in January 2012-April 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group 50 cases and 46 cases in the control group. The control group took synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy and the observation group added our hospital self-made prescription treatment.The efficacy and quality of life before and after,KPS score and adverse reactions during treatment treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： The effective rate of treatment group was 78. 00% and that of the control group was 52. 17%. The two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Two groups＇ quality of life score had no difference before treatment（ P〉0.05）. After treatment,the observation group＇s quality of life score was significantly higher than that before treatment（ P〈0. 05）and after treatment the control group＇s life quality scores were significantly lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the patients＇ quality of life score was significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group＇s gastrointestinal reactions,bone marrow suppression and proctitis rate were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Our hospital slef-made decoction combined with synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy for advanced rectal cancer can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,reduce the incidence of adverse reaction during treatment and improve the quality of life of patients with attenuated synergistic effect,worthy of further study.
