摘要
目的分析探讨医院门诊护理的特征以及护理管理的策略,以提升综合医院门诊护理管理的水平。方法从门诊护理特征与设置的特征、等方面全方位的分析。结果门诊护理工作的效率以及病患的满意程度均得到很大改善。结论应用护理管理学、人性化等原理管理医院门诊护理,是值得学习的较好的门诊护理管理策略。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of hospital outpatient care and nursing management strategies to improve the level of outpatient nursing management in general hospital.Methods From the characteristics of outpatient nursing and the setting,and so on,discuss the full the aspects of the nursing.Results The efficiency of outpatient nursing work and the satisfaction degree of patients were greatly improved.Conclusion The application of nursing management,human nature and other principles of is a better worth learning outpatient care management strategy.
