摘要
医院在开展优质服务活动中,强调以病人为中心的护理服务理念,树立“病人至上,真诚关爱”的价值观。加强护士素质教育,强化服务意识,转变服务观念,完善服务规范,倡导主动服务、感动服务、人性化服务,加强医院文化建设,提升病人满意度,形成了良好的服务优势。
During the process of developing high quality of service,we emphasized on the thought of patient-centered service and set up the conception of “patient is the first,love them sincerely”.This article introduced the measures we carried out,which including strengthening the quality education for nursing staff,enforcing service consciousness,renovating the concept of service,modifying the standard of nursing service,advocating initiative service,affection service and humanity service,strengthening the development of hospital culture.All of these measures improved patients’ satisfaction and developed favorable atmosphere of nursing service.
