摘要 门诊部是医院诊断患者病情的前沿,而门诊部中经常会遇到就诊患者过多、挂号、就医、检查等等过程繁琐产生的不满,因此要想成为一名优秀的门诊分诊护士不仅需要具备扎实的医疗护理知识和专业的护理技能,还要具备有良好的沟通技巧。只有掌握了良好的沟通技巧才能在工作中更好地帮助患者缓解病痛压力和减轻心理负担,更好地提高分诊护理人员的护理质量,更快地帮助患者减轻伤痛,同时对于构建和谐的护患关系具有重大的意义。 The outpatient department is the forefront of diagnosing the patients' illness in the hospital, but the discontent resulting from the excessive patients, registration, medical treatment, examination is often encountered. Therefore, in order to be the good triage nurses, the solid knowledge of health nursing and professional nursing skills are not only needed, good communication skills are also needed. Only mastering good communication skills can the nurses better help the patients relieve pain and reduce the psychological burden of stress in the work, better help triage nurses improve the quality of nursing and help the patients relieve pain more quickly, which has great significance in building harmonious relations between nurses and patients.
