摘要
目的:分析中医针灸推拿加牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:选取我院2015年7月-2016年7月收治的腰椎间盘突出患者120例为研究对象,对照组患者选用牵引治疗法,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合中医针灸的推拿法治疗,分析两组临床情况及治疗效果。结果:观察组的腰椎间盘突出症的临床评分优于对照组,观察组的总有效率(98.3%)高于对照组总有效率(81.7%),比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后复发率(3.33%)比对照组(21.67%)低(P<0.05),且均无明显不良反应。结论:中医针灸推拿加牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症可有效提高患者的生活质量,具有显著效果,值得临床使用和推广。
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and massage plus traction on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:120cases of lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from July2015to July2016were selected as study subjects;patients in control groupwere treated by traction therapy;the observation group was given TCM massage more.Clinical efficiency in two groups were analyzed.Results:The clinical score in the observation group was better than the control group;the total effective rate in the observation group was98.3%,higher than81.7%in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group after treatment was3.33%,lower than21.67%in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant adverse reaction.Conclusion:Acupuncture and massage with tractionon lumbar disc herniation can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,with significant effects,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
