摘要
目的:探析浮针结合电针加隔姜蓉灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床有效率和安全性。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年7月在我院康复科住院的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为主要研究对象,在研究的过程中采用分组研究法。运用随机数字表法将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者平均分为两组,对照组和观察组各40例。两组均给予口服塞来昔布、甲钴胺治疗,对照组增加电针、隔姜蓉灸治疗,而观察组在对照组的基础上增加浮针治疗,比较两组的治疗总有效率、疼痛程度缓解情况和治疗安全性。结果:观察组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;两组患者入院时的视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分比较无明显差异,而治疗5 d、10 d的疼痛程度评分均显著低于入院前,且观察组明显低于对照组,组间及组内比较差异均有明显统计学意义;观察组的不良反应发生率略高于对照组,但组间比较无明显差异。结论:在腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗上,采用浮针结合电针加隔姜蓉灸的治疗方案可获得理想效果,能够改善患者的临床症状,缓解其疼痛程度,进而提高患者的生活质量。并且,此种治疗方法的安全性高,仅有少数患者出现不良反应,值得进一步推广和应用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficiency and safety of Fuzhen(浮针)with electroacupuncture plus ginger moxibustion on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:80 patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with oral celecoxib and mecobalamin.The control group was treated by electroacupuncture and ginger moxibustion.The observation group was given superficial acupuncture more.The total efficiency,pain relief and treatment safety in two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference.Before admission,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between two groups;the pain scores after 5 days and 10 days were significantly lower than before admission.VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,witha statistically significant difference.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly higher than the control group,but no significant difference between groups.Conclusion:Fuzhen with electroacupuncture plus ginger moxibustion on lumbar disc herniation show an ideal effect,can improve the clinical symptoms,relieve pain,and quality of life,with high safety,is worthy of promotion and application.
