摘要
目的:分析针灸康复优化技术对偏瘫患者生活活动能力指标恢复的影响.方法:选取2015年4月-2017年4月,我院康复科收治的偏瘫患者80例为研究对象.随机列表法分为对照组40例进行常规康复治疗,观察组40例予以针灸康复优化技术治疗.对比两组患者治疗效果、肢体功能、日常生活能力等观察指标.结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者肢体能力评分以及生活能力评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量优于对照组,生活质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对偏瘫患者进行针灸康复优化技术治疗可改善患者肢体功能,提高生活能力,提升生活质量,促进快速康复,有临床推广价值.
Objective:To analyze the e ffect of acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation optimization technique on the recovery of indexes of life activity in hemiplegic patients.Methods:80 cases of hemiplegia patients admitted to the rehabilitation department of our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected as research subjects.The random table method was applied to divide them into the control group(40 cases)for conventional rehabilitation,and the observation group(40 cases)for optimal treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion.The therapeutic effect,limb function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment e fficiency of the observation group was signi ficantly higher than that of the control group,and the di fference was statistically signi ficant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of limb ability and life ability in the observation group were signi ficantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the quality of life score was lower than that in the control group,and the di fference was statistically signi ficant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimization of acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation technology could improve limb function,life ability,quality of life and promote rapid rehabilitation of hemiplegia patients,which was of clinical promotion value.
