Objective To study the clinical effect with radio frequency target thermosetting ablation combined ozone in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods After admission patients, in large C arm X-ray machine perspective, using the monitors the puncture path method line ozone treatment, instructing patients lie hard card after three days of rest, after the above path agailine using radio frequency ablation thermosetting, both combination therapy in patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc in 16 cases, follow-up of 1 weeks to 6 months, and observe its clinical curative effect and complications. Results 15 cases of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion including 8 cases of L4 -L5, 6 cases of L5 - S1 and I case both include of L4-L5 and L5 - Sp All the cases were 16 intervertebral disc using radio frequency target thermosetting ablation combined ozone treatment, technical success rate 100%, among which 10 patients postoperative pain complete remission (CR), 3 cases of postoperative partial relief (PR), 1 cases of postoperative slight relief, I cases of no improvement. The total effective rate is 86.7%. All patients not appeared intervertebral disc infection serious complications. Conclusion Radio frequency target thermosetting ablation combined ozone in treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is sate and effective, can obviously relieve pain and improve thc patient quality of life, it is a worthy of popularization and application of the clinical treatment.
