摘要
目的:探析腰椎间盘突出症(简称腰突症)患者在牵引治疗过程中结合中医针灸推拿综合治疗的效果。方法:将2019年4月―2020年11月收治的病例80例,均为腰突症确诊患者,随机分组,一组以单纯针灸推拿治疗(对照组,40例),一组以针灸推拿治疗+牵引治疗(观察组,40例),对两组临床效果进行分析与比较,同时分析两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分与生活质量评分。结果:两组治疗前VAS评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组间VAS评分比较可见,观察组VAS评分显著偏低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前生活质量评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组生活质量评分均获得提高,其中观察组显著高于对照组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰突症患者予以牵引治疗过程中结合中医针灸推拿综合治疗可显著缓解腰椎疼痛程度,提高患者的日常生活质量,与单独采取针灸推拿治疗相比较,联合牵引治疗更能改善治疗效果与症状,促进治疗后康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the comprehensive treatment effect of acupuncture and massage in the process of traction treatment for patients with lumbar disc herniation(hereinafter referred to as“lumbago”).Methods:A total of 80 patients with confirmed lumbago were selected from April 2019 to November 2020.They were randomly divided into two groups:one group was treated by simple acupuncture and massage(the control group,40 cases),and the other group was treated by acupuncture plus massage and traction(the observation group,40 cases).The clinical effects in the two groups were analyzed and compared.The VAS score and quality of life were analyzed before and after treatment,respectively.Results:There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS scores between the two groups were compared,and VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in QOL scores between the two groups before treatment,and the comparison was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,QOL scores in the two groups were improved,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of traction treatment for patients with lumbar disc herniation,treatment combined with TCM acupuncture and massage can significantly relieve the degree of lumbar pain and improve the quality of daily life of patients.Compared with acupuncture and massage therapy alone,combined traction therapy can better improve the therapeutic effect,relieve the symptoms of patients,and promote post-treatment rehabilitation,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
