摘要
目的:对腰椎间盘突出症患者采用CT诊断的价值进行分析和研究。方法:对我院收治的84例腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。对患者分别采用CT术前诊断和X线术前诊断。结果:经过研究发现,腰椎间盘突出一般好发于L4-5、L5-S1,对患者采用CT进行诊断,其临床表现比较典型和分辨清晰以及诊断明确,其中CT术前诊断和X线术前诊断与手术诊断的符合率分别为95.2%、52.4%,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用CT对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行诊断,具有准确率高和无后遗症以及无创伤等优点,为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。
Objective： The lumbar disc herniation by CT diagnostic value analysis and research. Methods： In our hospital 84 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Patients were preoperatively diagnosed by CT and X -ray preoperative diagnosis. Results： After the study found, lumbar disc herniation usually occurs in 4-5, L5-S], for patients with CT for diagnosis, its clinical manifestations typical clarity and resolution as well as a clear diagnosis. In which the diagnosis and preoperative CT X -ray diagnostic preoperative diagnosis and surgical compliance rates were 95.2%, 52.4%, difference was significant, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： CT in the diagnosis of patients with lumbar disc herniation, with high accuracy and without sequelae and trauma, etc., in order to provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
