摘要
目的:观察APC-CIK生物免疫细胞联合化疗和中医药治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:随机选择2015年4月-2016年4月期间钦州市中医医院肿瘤一科、二科收治的ⅢB、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者30例,将患者随机均分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用化疗及中医药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合APC-CIK免疫细胞治疗。评估患者机体免疫功能的变化、临床疗效、不良反应及Karnofsky评分及疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者CD3+、CD4+、CD8+百分比及CD4+/CD8+比值升高;但观察组患者的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+百分比及CD4+/CD8+比值增高的效果明显优于对照组;观察组患者的临床疗效优于对照组、观察组患者的不良反应低,优于对照组。治疗后,观察组患者的饮食、情绪、睡眠及体力等方面评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的改善率(80.0%)明显优于对照组的60.0%,差异具有统计学意义(x^2=5.934,P=0.011)。结论:采用APC-CIK联合化疗和中医药治疗恶性肿瘤,能够提高患者的免疫功能,减毒增效,提升患者的生活品质。
Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of APC-CIK bioimmune cells and chemotherapy plus TCM on malignant tumors.Methods:30patients were divided into2groups.The control group was given chemotherapy plus TCM;and the observation group wasgiven APC-CIK bioimmune cells more.The body's immune function,clinical efficacy,adverse effects and Karnofsky scores were assessed.Results:After treatment,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+were elevated in groups,but in the observation group were significantlybetter than those in the control group.In the control group,the adverse effects in the observation group were lower than the control group.After treatment,the diet,mood,sleep and physical strength in the observation group were significantly better than the control group;thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the efficiency in the observation group was80.0%,better than60.0%in the control group(χ2=5.934,P=0.011).Conclusion:APC-CIK bioimmune cells and chemotherapy plus TCM on malignant tumors can improve the immunefunction,by toxicity reducing and efficacy enhancing,and can enhance the patients'quality of life.
