摘要
目的 :研究雷公藤内酯醇与Raji细胞上血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)表达的关系 ,探讨其抗肿瘤的机制。方法 :在体外培养的Raji细胞上 ,采用免疫细胞化学、RT PCR的测定方法。结果 :雷公藤内酯醇 (浓度为 2 5nmol·L-1)作用于Raji细胞2 4h后血管内皮生长因子VEGFmRNA及蛋白的表达较对照组明显降低。结论 :雷公藤内酯醇可降低Raji细胞系 (非何杰金淋巴瘤B细胞系 )上VEGF的表达 ,从而抑制肿瘤的生长。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of triptolide on the expression of VEGF, the expression VEGF in cultured Raji cells. METHODS The study was performed on cultured Raji cells by using immunohistochemical studies,RT-PCR. RESULTS There was a decrease as compared with the control group in the expression of VEGF on cultured Raji cells, after the cultured Raji cells were treated with 25 nmol·L -1 triptolide for 24 h hours. CONCLUSION The expression of VEGF on cultured Raji cells were regulated by Triptolide, and this regulation may be important in the anti-tumorpathogesis.
