摘要
文章从"当其位则正,非其位则邪"为切入点,解读"正邪"的概念;从"足""通""和"3方面阐发了"存内"的内涵,从而揭示了正气为发病的主导因素;通过对"干"的阐述阐发了邪气为发病的外在条件。在此基础上探析"正气存内,邪不可干"的临床运用。
To reveal the healthy qi as the leading factor of onset,this paper interpreted the concept of ‘vital qi and pathogenic factor＇ from the breakthrough point ‘vital qi was in its position,but pathogenic factor was not in its position＇,to illustrate the concept of ‘reserved inside＇ from three aspects including ‘Zu＇,‘Tong＇ and ‘He＇.The pathogenic factor was external factors of onset from the concept of ‘intrude＇.Finally,the clinical application of ‘healthy qi was preserved inside,pathogenic factor can not intrude＇ was explored in this paper.
