摘要
目的:研究中西医结合疗法用于治疗儿童变应性鼻炎致上气道咳嗽综合征的效果。方法:选取2014年8月-2016年4月期间在我院耳鼻喉科就诊的80例变应性鼻炎致上气道咳嗽综合征患儿为研究对象,将患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例,对照组患儿给予常规西药治疗(糠酸莫米松鼻雾剂结合孟鲁司特钠),观察组患儿给予中西医结合治疗(糠酸莫米松鼻雾剂结合玉屏风颗粒),统计分析两组患儿的临床治疗效果、咳嗽症状积分等。结果:两组患儿的治疗总有效率差异不大(82.5%VS 85.0%),P>0.05;观察组患儿治疗3周后的咳嗽症状积分低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在儿童变应性鼻炎致上气道咳嗽综合征的临床治疗中采用中西医结合疗法有助于促进患儿临床症状的缓解,促进身体康复,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To study efficacy of the integrative medicine on upper airway cough syndrome from allergic rhinitis inchildren.Methods:80children were randomly divided into two groups.40patients in the control group were treated with conventionalwestern medicine(mometasone furoate nasal mixture plus montelukast sodium).40patients in the observation group were treated in theintegrative medicine(mometasic fumarate nasal spray plus the Yupingfeng particles).Results:The total efficiency in two groups was notsignificantly different(82.5%VS85.0%),P>0.05.In3weeks,the cough symptom scores were lower in the observation group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The integrative medicine on upper airway cough syndrome from allergic rhinitis in children was effecitve,by alleviatingclinical symptoms and improving the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
