摘要
目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎患者实施高渗盐水和生理盐水鼻腔冲洗的临床价值。方法遴选时段2019年10月~2020年10月内80例慢性鼻窦炎患者,根据随机数字表法分2组,开展接受生理盐水鼻腔冲洗40例(记对照组),接受高渗盐水鼻腔冲洗40例(记研究组),对比临床疗效。结果两组治疗后VAS评分、Lund-kennedy内镜评分、SCT均明显低于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后VAS评分、Lund-kennedy内镜评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),但两组治疗后SCT无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组不良反应发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论相比生理盐水鼻腔冲洗,慢性鼻窦炎患者实施高渗盐水鼻腔冲洗,可缩短患者粘膜清除时间,快速改善临床症状,但不良反应风险相对高。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of hypertonic saline and normal saline nasal irrigation in patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods The selection period was from October 2019 to October 2020,and 80 patients with chronic sinusitis were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method.40 patients received normal saline nasal irrigation (recorded as the control group) and received hypertonic saline nasal irrigation.40 cases (remember the study group),compare the clinical efficacy.Results After treatment,the VAS score,Lund-kennedy endoscopy score,and SCT of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before treatment (P<0.05),and the VAS score and Lund-kennedy endoscopy score of the study group after treatment were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in SCT between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with normal saline nasal irrigation,hypertonic saline nasal irrigation in patients with chronic sinusitis can shorten the patient’s mucosal clearance time and quickly improve clinical symptoms,but the risk of adverse reactions is relatively high.
