摘要
目的:评价补肾活血方对膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:将2014年10月-2015年10月我院收治的86例膝骨性关节炎患者纳入本次研究,按随机数字表法分为两组,观察组43例实施补肾活血方治疗,对照组43例实施注射透明质酸钠法治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%,明显比对照组的72.09%高,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.33%,明显比对照组的13.95%低,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于膝骨性关节炎患者实施补肾活血方治疗效果显著,值得在临床中采纳应用。
Objective:To evaluate clinical effects of the Bushen Huoxue decoction on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:86cases of kneeosteoarthritis from March2014to March2015in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the random digital table method.43cases in the observation group were treated with the Bushen Huoxue decoction;and43cases in the control group took injection of sodiumhyaluronate.Clinical effects in two groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was95.35%,significantlyhigher than72.09%in the control group;the difference between the groups was a statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse reactions inthe observation group was2.33%,significantly lower than13.95%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Bushen Huoxue decoction on knee osteoarthritis showed significantly clinical effects,and is worthy of application.
