摘要
刘建秋教授认为本病为本虚标实之证,其病机为素体肺脾肾三脏虚损,遇外感之邪犯表,外邪郁而入里致阴虚血瘀。分为风邪犯肺型,阴虚血瘀型。治则上应注重治病求本,表里同治,未发应“先安未受邪之地”,解表同时应注意顾护正气,防止病邪进一步传变。以病因病机三脏俱虚为切入点,应用三足鼎立之角药,提出经验三法针对不同证候采用不同配伍施治,且患者多素体本虚,提倡“肺鼻同治”“津血同治”“肺脾肾同治”的理念,在治疗本病时取得较好的临床疗效。
Professor LIU Jianqiu believes that this disease is the syndrome of root deficiency and branch excess,and its pathogenesis is the deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney.In case of external evil attacking the exterior,it would be depressed and invades the interior,resulting in Yin deficiency and blood stasis.It is divided into wind evil invading lung type and Yin deficiency and blood stasis type.In terms of treatment principles,we should pay attention to the root cause,treating both the outside and the inside and"first protecting the place that is not affected by the evil".At the same time,we should pay attention to the protection of healthy Qi to prevent the further transmission.Taking the etiology and pathogenesis of three internal organs deficiency as the starting point and applying the angle drug with a situation of tripartite confrontation,this paper puts forward that the experience three methods adopt different compatibility for different syndromes.And the patient has deficiency constitution,it advocates the concept of"simultaneous treatment of lung and nose","simultaneous treatment of body fluid and blood"and"simultaneous treatment of lung,spleen and kidney",which has achieved good clinical curative effect in the treatment of this disease.
