转型时期下ESP教师职业倦怠感状况实证研究——以理工科院校为例 被引量:1

摘要 目前,中国大学英语教学正处在关键的转型期.ESP教师作为大学英语改革和ESP教学与研究的核心构建之一,承担着重要任务却面临重重困难.在这样的重压之下,ESP教师的心理必定承受较大的压力,很容易产生焦虑和职业倦怠.因此,以部分理工科院校ESP教师为研究对象,对理工科院校ESP教师的职业倦怠状况进行调查和研究,并用SPSS 21.0对数据进行分析,以期发现在转型期ESP教师专业发展中存在的职业倦怠问题,为预防和缓解高校ESP教师职业倦怠、促进ESP教师的成功转型、明确ESP教师发展方向提供数据支持和参考. College English teaching is currently in the crucial stage of transition. ESP teachers, as oneof the cores in college English reform and ESP teaching and research, are confronted with great tasks aswell as difficulties. And unavoidably, they are working under heavy pressure and suffering professionalburnout. Therefore, this paper, taking ESP teachers from colleges of science and engineering as theresearch subjects, investigates the status quo of ESP teachers’professional burnout with the instrument ofdata analysis SPSS 21.0. It attempts to provide reference for preventing and relieving ESP teachers’professional burnout so as to promote ESP teachers’ transition and make clear the direction of ESPteachers’development for the future.
