摘要
目的观察优质护理服务在泌尿外科护理中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2015年1月-2016年3月所收治的泌尿外科患者80例,随机将其分成对照组和研究组,每组40例,对照组患者实施一般的护理模式,在此基础上给予研究组患者优质护理服务,对比两组患者的临床护理效果和满意度。结果研究组患者的总有效率和满意度分别是95.7%和97.5%,高于对照组患者的总有效率（77.5%）和满意度（82.5%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在泌尿外科护理中,给予患者优质护理服务,效果显著,能有效缩短患者的住院时间,改善患者的身体状况,促进患者早日康复,提高患者满意度。
Objective To observe the high quality of nursing service in urology clinical application effect. Methods 80 cases of patients with urological surgery were chosen in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016, randomly divided into control group and research group, 40 cases in each group, control group patients implement general nursing mode, on the basis of the research group patients＇ quality of nursing service, compared two groups of patients with clinical care effect and satisfaction. Results The total effective rate and degree of satisfaction of patients with team were 95.7% and 97.5%, significantly higher than the control group total effective rate of the patients（77.5%） and satisfaction（82.5%）, significant difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In urological surgery nursing, giving patients high quality nursing service, obvious effect, can effectively shorten the hospitalization time of patients and improve the patient＇s physical condition, promote the patient recover at an early date, improve patient satisfaction.
