农村婴幼儿喂养的家庭行为因素与教育策略 被引量:15

摘要 目的 为有针对性的对婴幼儿营养与喂养的家庭因素提出干预措施提供科学依据。方法 采用整群随机抽样的方法 ,在西安市农村社区的 4个乡抽取 10个村 196名小儿喂养人进行现场问卷调查 ,采用SPSS10 .0软件包进行统计分析。结果 婴幼儿的营养发育不同程度地受到主要喂养人文化程度、职业、居住地区、喂养态度、家庭年收入等诸多因素的影响。经逐步回归分析 ,文化程度 (X1)、喂养态度 (X2 )、家庭年收入 (X3)等三项变量被引入逐步回归方程 :Y =2 5 .0 16 +0 .2 5 4X1+0 .5 87X2 +0 .76 4X3(P<0 .0 5 )。结论 健康教育干预的目标人群是婴幼儿的主要喂养人 ,要针对他们的不同文化程度、职业、营养与喂养态度、居住地区、家庭年收入、喂养知识来源等特征 。 Objective To provide theoretical evidence for intervening measures on family factors which are attributive to the condition of infants' nutrition and feeding. Methods With random cluster sampling, a total of 196 parents were chosen from rural communities in district of Xi'an city. They were surveyed by questionnaire. SPSS 10.0 were used to analyze the feedback results. Results The condition of infants' nutrition and feeding is affected by the factors of parental education vocation inhabiting region yearly income and the relevant information of the main baby-feeder. The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that education level of the parents or the feeding persons (X1), their attitude towards feeding(X2) and the yearly income of the whole family (X3) are the main effective factors. The regression equation is Y=25.016+0.254X1+0.587X2+0.764X3(P<0.05) Conclusion In order to promote infants' feeding condition, the parents and main baby-feeder should be focused on as target group. Measures should be made by comprehending the differences of parental education, vocation, inhabiting region, information sources of infants' feeding and so on.
