运用CS理论 ,分析了我国加油站开展CS经营的必要性与重要性 ,阐明了加油站实施CS的根本目的和主要内容 。
The paper,by applying the theory of Customer-Satisfaction,analyses the necessity and the importance of CS operation of gas service stations in China,points out its primary purpose and its theme,putting forth the specific CS strategy of gas service stations.
