摘要
CS作为一种全新的经营战略 ,是现代企业跨世纪的战略选择 ,是现代企业经营活动的基本准则 ,也是增强企业核心竞争力的锐利武器 ,更是企业得以可持续发展的文化基础和根本保障。文章在对我国石油机械制造企业CS的内容及要求界定的基础上 ,着重分析了我国石油机械制造企业CSD现状 ,指出了存在的相关问题 ,并提出了具体对策。
Customer Satisfaction, as a completely new operational strategy, is not only the strategic choice and the basic principle for modern enterprises, but also the keen weapon to strengthen its core competition and the cultural basis and fundamental safeguard for modern enterprises. On the base of defining the contents and requirements of Customer Satisfaction, abbreviated CS, for China's Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises, the paper mainly analyzes the status quo on CSD for China's Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises, points out its relevant problems and puts forward definite countermeasures so as to help to carry out CS Engineering for CNPC and speed up the construction of CSD for China's Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises.
