摘要
对外开放的实施与旅游业的快速发展一方面为我国酒店发展带来机遇,另一方面也给酒店的发展带来了很大的挑战。本文简要分析了酒店管理的必要性与重要性以及当前酒店管理中存在的问题,并探讨了酒店管理中的市场营销策略,希望能为当前的酒店管理提供一定的借鉴与帮助。
The implementation of opening up and the rapid development of tourism, on the one hand, provides opportunities for the development of China's Hotel, on the other hand, it also brings a lot of chalenges. This paper analyzes the necessity and the importance of hotel management, as wel as problems existing in the current hotel management, and to explore the market marketing strategy of the hotel management, hoping to provide some help and reference for the current management of the hotel.
