摘要
目的 观察砷致皮肤癌组织细胞学的变化及其超微结构的改变。方法 ①对砷致皮肤癌组织行常规的HE染色 ,在显微镜下 ,观察其组织细胞的变化。②用透射电镜观察砷致皮肤癌细胞的超微结构改变。结果 基底细胞癌细胞团境界清楚 ;鳞状细胞癌瘤细胞形态、大小不一。电镜观察所见 ,砷致皮肤癌细胞核内的染色质边聚 ,线粒体的嵴变得稀疏 ,有的缺失 ,甚至空泡化。细胞连接的桥粒增大 ,棘细胞内的黑色素颗粒明显增多 ,出现了黑色素小体。
Objective To observe histomorphology and changes of ultrastructures in arsenic induced skin cancers.Methods ① Paraffinembedded sections were stained with HE.Changes of histomorphology were observed by microscope.②Ultrastructures of arsenic induced skin cancers were examinated by Electronic microscopy.Results Borders of neoplastic cell's clump were clear in basal cell carcinomas.Neoplastic cell's size and shape were very different in squamous cell carcinomas.Electronic microscopic examination demonstrated that a lot of chromatins gathered up round border area of nuclei in arsenic induced skin cancers.Mitochodrias' ridges got rare.Some of mitochodrias' ridges had shortage and others hollowed even.Desmosomes of cell junction became larger than the normal ones.Melanin granule obviously increased in spinous cell.Conclusion Spinous cells contain numerous melanin granules in arsenic induced skin cancers.
