摘要 心理契约问题近年来越来越引起人们的重视。本文对心理契约的自我执行问题从博弈论的角度进行了深入的阐述。本文认为,对于一个收益序列时间较长且收益变动较小时,心理契约或承诺将变成可自我执行。心理契约可自我执行的条件是:在当事人认为遵守心理契约或信守承诺的未来收益大于违反心理契约条款或承诺的当前收益,违反心理契约的惩罚将会是终止心理契约或承诺。而对于一个收益序列时间太短或收益变动过大时,心理契约或承诺的自我执行将变得困难直至无法执行。 Based on the game theory, our paper has carried out the research to the problems of self- executing to the firm' s psychological contract. We conclude is that psychological contract or promise will become self - executable if the revenue s sequence is long and revenue' s change small. The self -executing condition of the firm's psychological contract is: the quantity of future revenue standing by the psychological contract or promise is larger than the present revenue of violating them. If the revenue s sequence is short and revenue s change large, the self - executing psychological contract or promise will be unable.
