摘要
[目的]了解初中生行为问题的整体状况,分析影响行为问题出现的家庭因素,为减少并消除家庭因素对初中生行为问题的产生提供理论依据及可参考的指导性意见。[方法]采用分层整群抽样的方法,运用Achenbach’s儿童行为量表(CBCL)对天津市某中学初一至初三277名12岁～15岁的初中生进行统一问卷调查。[结果]行为问题的总检出率为13.4%。影响行为问题产生的家庭因素:父母关系、亲子关系、母亲文化程度、父母教育态度的一致性和有无家庭重大事件。[结论]家庭因素对初中生行为问题的产生有重要影响,和谐的家庭氛围、良好的文化底蕴、稳定的家庭环境对初中生心理健康成长具有促进作用。
Objective：To understand the overall situation of junior high school students＇ behavioral prolblems,analyze the family factors that affect behavioral problems,and provide a theoretical basis and guiding opinions for reducing and eliminating family factors on the behavior of junior high school students. Methods：A stratified cluster sampling method was used to conduct a unified questionnaire survey of 277 junior high school students aged 12 to 15 years from the first to the third grade of a middle school in ＂Fianjin using Achenbach^s Child Behavior Scale （CBCI.）. Data were analyzed by SPSS16.0 software for single factor chi square test and multi factor logistic regression analysis. Results：The total detection rate of behavioral proplems was 13.4%. Family factors that affect be havioral problems included parental relationships,parent child relationships~ maternal education. consistency of parental education at titudes,and major family events. Conclusions：Family factors had an important impact on the behavior of junior high school students. A harmonious family atmosphere ,good cultural heritage, and a stable family environment could promote the mental health growth of junior high school students.
