摘要
[目的/意义]我国现代企业智库建设刚刚起步,学界对其范畴和职能的分歧延滞了其发展问题的研究和解决。[方法 /过程]论文运用案例分析法,对日、英、美、中等国的企业智库发展现状、运行方式及主要特点进行分析,初步界定企业智库的范畴,并在此基础上总结出企业智库的定义,然后结合我国企业智库两大类型,归纳演绎出我国企业智库情报与信息职能、发展战略与竞争战略研究、产业政策与法规研究的三大职能。[结果 /结论 ]在综合中央智库建设文件精神和世界智库建设的经验教训的基础上,为我国现代企业智库发展策略提出了一些建议。
[Purpose/significance] The construction of modern enterprise think tanks in China has just started,and the divergence of their categories and functions defined by academic has delayed the research-developing and problem-solving. [Method/process] This paper uses case analysis method to analyze the development status, operationmode and main characteristics of enterprise think tanks in Japan, Britain, the United States, China and other countries.It offers a relatively clear category and then summarizes the definition of enterprise think tanks. Combining the twotypes of enterprise think tanks in China, this paper deduces three major functions of enterprise think tanks： exerting thefunction of intelligence and information, researching development strategy and competitive strategy, studying industrialpolicy and regulation. [Result/conclusion] On the basis of synthesizing the document spirit of central think tank constructionand the experience and lessons of world think tank construction, this paper puts forward some suggestions onthe development strategy of modern enterprise think tank in China.
