摘要
[目的/意义]通过对中国企业智库研究状况进行综述,指出其中存在的问题,提出中国企业智库的研究议程。目的在于引导中国企业智库的学术研究方向,为中国企业智库建设提供理论指导。[方法/过程]本文采用文献分析方法,对中国企业智库研究论文、智库研究著作、智库评价等文献进行梳理分析;采用专家研讨方法分析中国企业智库研究存在的问题,提出中国企业智库的研究议程。[结果/结论]中国企业智库的研究落后于中国企业智库的实践,落后于其他类型智库的研究。中国企业智库的研究议程包括:战略定位、价值活动、资源配置、关键能力及影响力等。
[Purpose/significance] This paper summarizes the research status of Chinese enterprise think tanks, points out the existing problems, and puts forward the research agenda of Chinese enterprise think tanks, with the purpose of guiding the academic research direction of Chinese enterprise think tanks, and providing theoretical guidance for the construction of Chinese enterprise think tanks. [Method/process] In this paper, the literature analysis method was used to analyze the research papers of Chinese enterprise think tanks, research works of think tanks and reports of think tanks evaluation. Then, it analyzed the problems existing in the research of Chinese enterprise think tanks and put forward the research agenda of Chinese enterprise think tanks by the expert discussion method. [Result/conclusion] The research of Chinese enterprise think tanks lags behind the practice of Chinese enterprise think tanks, falling behind studies of other types of think tanks. The research agenda of Chinese enterprise think tanks includes strategic positioning, value activities, resource allocation, key capabilities, influence etc.
