摘要
《孙子兵法》虽是一部总结战争规律的书,但其中所蕴含着的博大精深的智慧对于现代企业的经营管理具有广泛的借鉴意义。其第四篇"军形篇"中"善守善攻"的思想对于现代企业在激烈的竞争中生存和发展具有积极的指导作用。本文基于对"善守善攻"思想与现代企业经营管理谋略之间的智慧互用空间的分析,论述我国现代企业如何借用"善守善攻"的思想来应对激烈的行业竞争,同时谈谈企业家精神的重要性。
Despite that The Art of War is a book for summarizing the laws of war, the profound spiritual wisdom contained in it has extensive reference significance for the operation and management of contemporary enterprises. The thinking of ＂skillful in Attack and Defense＂ in Chapter Four on Tactical Dispositions has positive guidance functions on the survival and development of the contemporary enterprises in the fierce competitions. Through analyzing thinking of ＂skillful in attack and defense＂ and operation and management of contemporary enterprises, this article reviews how China＇ s contemporary enterprises should draw experience from the thinking of ＂skillful in attack and defense＂ to deal with the industrial competitions and concurrently reviews the importance of the spirit of entrepreneurship.
