摘要
[目的/意义]明确新型企业智库的战略定位,促进企业智库建设从内部视角转向外部视角,有利于推动企业智库健康发展,为决策咨询服务。[方法 /过程]针对企业智库定位存在的两种普遍观点,结合部分企业智库建设实际,通过文献分析法和案例研究法,从企业智库的"应然"角度分析企业智库的公共性、外部性和透明性特征。[结果 /结论 ]企业智库要通过强化自我认同、提高智库意识,建立起现代企业智库治理模式,强化智库使命定位和企业社会责任等方式从内部视角转向外部视角。
[Purpose/significance] In order to promote the healthy development of enterprise think tanks, better serve for decision-making consultation, it is important to clarify the strategic positioning and promote the construction of enterprise think tanks from internal to external perspective. [Method/process] According to the two general views of enterprise think tank positioning, this paper analyzes the publicity, externality and transparency of enterprise think tanks from the perspective of "should be", by means of literature analysis, case study combined with some practice of enterprise think tanks. [Result/conclusion] Enterprise think tanks should transform from internal to external perspectives, through strengthening their self-identification, raising awareness of think tanks,establishing a modern enterprise think tank governance framework, and strengthening the strategic positioning and enterprise social responsibility.
