摘要
根据汽车电动座椅护板塑件结构特点,对成型塑件的热流道、侧向抽芯、脱模结构等进行了设计,分析了模具的浇注系统、成型零件、侧向抽芯结构、冷却系统以及脱模系统等,确定了合理、安全的模具结构,塑件的成型质量和生产周期达到了客户的要求。
According to the structural characteristics of the plastic shield of automotive electric seat, the injection mould was designed. The design points of the gating system, forming parts, side core-pulling structure, cooling system and ejection system of the mould were analyzed, and the working principle of the mould was illustrated. Actual production showed that the mould structure was reasonable and safe, and the forming quality and pro- duction cycle of the plastics met the requirements of customers.
