摘要
介绍了一种延迟顶出的模具结构设计。阐述了滑块内成型浇口和产品模具产生的具体过程,分析了浇口顶出和产品顶出的先后顺序。利用此项设计可实现产品和浇口自动分离,满足全自动生产。实践证明,模具结构设计合理,大幅降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。
An injection mould structure using postponing ejection is proposed in this paper. The molding process of gate and product inside the slide is introduced,and the ejection sequence of gate and product is also analyzed.Using this mould structure,automatic self-separating of pro-duct and gate is realized,which can improve the efficiency of manufacturing.Practice shows that the mould structure is reasonable and the producing cost is reduced greatly.
