摘要
针对汽车仪表板下部的结构特点,即高度差要求比较高,需在模架4个角设置精定位;滑块成型面积比较大,滑块中间设置2处导轨并增加楔紧块锁紧,滑块上有多处加强筋,在滑块上设置推板,并将加强筋做成镶件形式加强排气。经生产验证,模具开模顺利,塑件成型质量稳定,可为同类塑件的成型提供参考。
According to the structure characteristics of the internal instrument panel, and the high requirement of the height difference for the plastics, the fine positioning should be set in the four corners of the mould base. And the molding area of the shder was large relatively, so two slideways and the wedge block were added in the middle of the slider to lock the slider. Therefore there were many ribs in the slider, so the ejector plate was set on it, and the inserts were set to form the ribs to help exhaustion. The actual pro- duction verified that the movement of the mould parts the plastics was good, which could provide reference for was smoothly, and the quality of similar plastics.
