摘要
根据汽车仪表板的结构特点,对成型塑件的热流道、侧向抽芯、脱模结构等进行了设计,分析了浇注系统、成型零件、侧向分型与抽芯结构、温度控制系统以及导向定位系统,确定了合理、安全的模具结构。实际生产表明:模具动作协调顺畅,生产的塑件达到了设计要求。
According to the structural characteristic of an automobile instrument panel, the injection mould was designed from hot runner, side core-pulling and demoulding structure. The feeding system, forming parts, side parting and core-pulling structure, temperature con- trol and guiding and positioning system were analyzed to determine the rationality and safe- ty of mould structure. The practical production showed that the mould running smoothly and the quality of plastic parts reached the requirement.
