摘要
通过ANSA建立某车型仪表板的有限元模型,利用ABAQUS软件进行仪表板的模态和刚度分析,并根据分析结果与设计允许值的对比情况,对仪表板结构提出改进方案,为该车的后续结构改进与优化提供理论依据和参考.
The finite element model is established for a vehicle instrument panel by ANSA. An analysis is made of the modal and rigidity of the panel using ABAQUS software and according to the comparison between the results of the analysis and design of allowed values, the improved scheme is put forward on the panel structure to provide a theoretical basis and reference for the subsequent improvement structure and optimization for it.
