摘要
针对某汽车塑件壁厚较薄、脱模阻力较大的特点,设计了推杆加推件板二次顶出脱模机构,在弹簧活动块上设计倾斜凹槽实现推件板第1次平稳顶出,然后利用推杆推动塑件,使其完全脱模,注射模的脱模结构实现了薄壁制件的无顶出痕迹自动化生产,为同类塑件的注射模脱模机构设计提供一定的参考作用。
According to the thin-wall and the high ejection force of an automobile injection part, a two-stage ejection mechanism of ejector pin combined with ejector plate was designed. The inclined groove was designed on the spring movable block to achieve the f^st steady ejection, and then the plastic was pushed out by the ejector pins for fully ejecting from the mould. Automation production of thin-walled injection part without ejection mark was realized by using the ejection mechanism, which provided a reference for the design of the ejection mechanism of similar plastics.
