摘要 针对树脂脱附液有机物浓度高、色度高、可生化性差的特征,本研究通过现场中试分别考察Fenton氧化、Fenton氧化+Ca(OH)_2混凝组合工艺处理印染废水生化尾水树脂脱附液的效果。研究发现,树脂脱附液经过Fenton氧化+Ca(OH)_2混凝组合工艺处理后,TOC和UV254去除效果均较好,TOC去除率在55%~75%,UV254去除率高于80%。同时,处理后的废水可生化性大大提高,B/C由小于0.1提高至大于0.3。经Fenton氧化+Ca(OH)_2混凝组合工艺处理后的树脂脱附液可返回至生化系统,不影响生化系统的稳定运行,实现了树脂脱附液的有效处理,对树脂技术的推广应用具有重要意义。 In view of the high concentration of organic matter in resin desorption liquid, high chroma and poor biodegradability, in this study, the effects of Fenton oxidation, Fenton oxidation + Ca(OH)2 coagulation combined process on the desorption of biochemical tail water resin in printing and dyeing wastewater were investigated by on-site pilot test.It was found that the removal efficiency of TOC and UV254 was better after the resin desorption solution was treated by Fenton oxidation + Ca(OH)2 coagulation. The TOC removal rate was 55% to 75%, and the UV254 removal rate was higher than 80%. At the same time, the biodegradability of the treated wastewater is greatly improved, and the B/C is increased from less than 0.1 to more than 0.3. The resin desorption solution treated by Fenton oxidation + Ca(OH)2 coagulation combined process can be returned to the biochemical system without affecting the stable operation of the biochemical system, and the effective treatment of the resin desorption liquid is realized,it is of great significance to the promotion and application of resin technology.
