焦化废水树脂吸附及深度处理回用 被引量:6

摘要 以山东某大型焦化厂焦化废水常规生化处理出水为原水,采用多介质过滤器—中空纤维超滤膜—DEC吸附树脂过滤器—反渗透膜工艺进行深度处理。结果表明:DEC吸附树脂过滤器出水COD小于60 mg/L,COD去除率大于69%,总氰化物<0.2 mg/L,NH_3-N<5 mg/L,SS<5 mg/L,色度<20倍,稳定运行周期大于36 h,出水满足GB16171—2012《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》排放要求。DEC吸附树脂过滤器冲洗和再生废水采用纳滤膜回收,产水用于DEC冲洗和树脂再生补水。反渗透膜处理系统水回收率大于65%,稳定运行周期大于70 d。产水电导率小于100μS/cm,浊度小于0.1 NTU,COD小于10 mg/L,满足《污水再生利用工程设计规范》(GB 50335—2002)中循环水冷却水补水水质标准要求,可回用焦化生产。 The effluent from a large-scale coking plant in Shandong treated by a conventional biochemical method has been used as raw water,and treated in depth by multi-medium filter-hollow fiber UF membrane-DEC adsorption resin filter-reverse osmosis membrane process.The results show that the effluent COD from DEC adsorption resin filter is less than 60 mg/L,removing rate higher than 69%,total cyanide less than 0.2 mg/L,NH3-N less than 5 mg/L,chroma less than 20 times,and stable operation cycle longer than 36 h.It can meet the discharge requirements specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants from Coking Chemical Industry(GB 16171—2012).DEC absorption resin filter rinsing and reclaimed water are recovered by nanofiltration(NF) membrane.The produced water can be used for DEC rinsing and resin regeneration make-up water.The RO system wastewater recovery rate is higher than65%,stable operation cycle longer than 70 d.The produced water conductivity is less than 100 μS/cm,removing rate higher than 98%,turbidity less than 0.1 NTU,COD less than 10 mg/L.It can meet the requirements for water quality standard of circulating water,cooling water,and make-up water,specified in the Wastewater Recycling Engineering Design Specification(GB 50335—2002) and being reused in coking production.
