D151大孔树脂去除炼油废水中苯胺的实验研究

摘要 研究了D151大孔树脂对炼油废水中苯胺的去除效果。结果表明:在25℃、pH值为8~10、吸附时间为35 min的条件下,D151树脂对模拟废水中苯胺的吸附率可达86.6%;用4%盐酸作为解吸剂,在解吸时间为90 min时解吸率可达85.7%。用D151大孔树脂吸附去除炼油厂废水中的苯胺,对未经处理的炼油厂废水中苯胺的去除率可达99%以上;对炼油污水处理厂排放的废水中苯胺的去除率可达100%。 The removal of aniline from refinery wastewater was studied using macroporous resin D151. Results showed that under the conditions of an adsorption temperature of 25 ℃, a pH range of 8-10 and an adsorption time of 35 min the adsorption rate of aniline in simulated wastewater could reach 86.6% ; using 4 % HCl as desorption agent and a desorption time of 90 min, the desorption rate could reach 85.7 %. When using macroporous resin D151 to treat refinery wastewater, the removal rates of aniline for untreated sewage discharge and treated wastewater were over 99℃ and almost 100% ,respectively.
