摘要
在颗粒污泥膨胀床反应器(EPSB)内添加聚乙烯醇(PVA)凝胶颗粒作为载体,进行厌氧处理乙二醇废水实验研究,合计进行168d。保持反应器COD容积负荷在12~15kg/(m^3·d),分别对循环流量、微量元素以及碳酸氢钠的投加量等运行参数进行了确认。结果表明,控制循环体积流量为15L/h,微量元素含量减少至0以及NaHCO3的质量浓度减小至400mg/L,反应器COD去除率仍可以保持在95%以上。同时,随着实验的进行,PVA凝胶颗粒的颜色从实验开始的白色变为黄色、最后变为黑色;电子扫描显微镜的扫描图像显示PVA凝胶颗粒表面附着有大量微生物,证明EPSB反应器具有较高的生物含量,从而解释了其高负荷运行的原因。
In this paper, PVA-gel Beads as biocarriers in one EPSB reactor were investigated for treating ethylene glycol wastewater for 168 d. The recycle rate, trace elements, and the dosages of NaHCO3 were confirmed respectively when the organic load was kept at 12-15 kg/(m^3·d). The results indicated that with recycle volume flow at 15 L/h, trace nutrients 0 and NaHCO3 concentration below 400 mg/L, the COD removal rate could still remain above 95%. Meanwhile, as the experiment progresses, the color of PVA gel beads was changed from white to yellow, and to be black finally. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) shows that the surface of PVA gel beads had a large number of microorganisms, which indicated that high organic loading rate was achieved in this study.
