摘要
文章通过研究2种发光菌在不同条件下对4种毒物的毒性大小,寻找不同条件对发光菌毒性测试的影响。研究发现费氏弧菌的最佳测试条件为25℃、培养时间为15~22 h之间,对于鳆鱼杆菌则为25℃、培养时间为18~22 h之间。重金属毒性物质对2种发光菌的毒性随着温度的上升而增大,在25℃时最大,随后趋于稳定或者略有降低;有机酚类对2种发光菌的毒性随着温度的升高而降低;重金属对2种发光菌的毒性随着pH的升高而增大,有机酚类物质对2种发光菌的毒性随着pH的升高而降低;实验表明营养盐水平的差异不会对2种发光菌的毒性测试造成显著差异。
This paper study on four poison measured by two photogenic bacterium and discuss effect on them brought by different factors. We found that the best condition for toxicity measurement by Vibrio fischeri is 25 ℃ and after 15 ~22 h cultivation, and for Photobacterium leiognathi is 25 ℃ and after 18 ~22 h cultivation, respectively; Heavy metal toxicity increased with temperature and reached peak at 25 ℃, then decreased slight and tended to be stable. Phenols toxicity decreased with temperature; pH showed similar effect with temperature—heavy metal toxicity increase with pH and phenols toxicity decreased with pH. Our result indicated nutrient levels presented no distinct effect to toxicity measurement by these two photogenic bacterium.
