摘要
血液学是内科学中一门复杂抽象、专科性较强的学科,存在难学、难记、难理解的特点,因此血液科实习一直是临床理论和实习教学难点。文章针对目前血液科实习生中存在的不足,从血液科实习目标、教学方法及多元化临床技能考核等方面提出了改进意见,以期通过切实有效的方法实践提高血液内科实习质量。
Hematology is a complicated and abstract subject with specialization in internal medicine, which makes it difficult to learn, remember and understand. Therefore, the clinical practice in hematology department has always been a difficult point in clinical theory and practice teaching. Targeting the present deficiency of interns in department of hematology, this paper proposes suggestions for improvement in specific objectives of the practice in hematology department, various teaching methods and assessment of clinical skills in order to improve student＇s clinical practice quality in hematology department.
