摘要
目的分析太原市吸毒人群艾滋病、梅毒、丙型肝炎相关高危行为的发生情况和其感染状况的变化趋势,为进一步完善吸毒人群防治艾滋病等传染病的对策提供理论依据。方法按照中国疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病预防控制中心艾滋病哨点监测实施方案要求进行监测。结果2011—2015年共调查强制戒毒所吸毒人员2 068人,男性占85.44%（1 767例）,≥25岁占91.34%（1 889例）。口吸为主要吸毒方式（84.77%,1 753例）。艾滋病核心知识知晓率为75.77%（1 567例）。与商业性伴发生性行为时的安全套使用率（58.93%,165/280）高于与配偶或同居者的使用率（12.32%,113/917）。2011—2015年,艾滋病病毒（HIV）校正后阳性检出率为0.44%（9/2 068）,历年低于1%。梅毒阳性检出率为7.01%（145/2 068）,女性梅毒检出率（17.94%）高于男性（5.15%）。注射吸毒者丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）检出率（44.13%）高于口吸毒品者（6.50%）,HCV检出率〈25岁组为7.26%,≥25岁组为12.71%。结论太原市强制戒毒所吸毒人群HIV检出率较低,但梅毒和HCV感染率不容忽视。吸毒方式虽主要以口吸为主,近年来合成毒品（如冰毒）的使用比例逐年上升,由此引起的经性传播相关疾病应加以重视。
Objective To analyze the incidence and prevalence of high risk behaviors,AIDS,syphilis and hepatitis C among drug users in Taiyuan,to provide evidence for further improvement of prevention and treatment of AIDS and other infection diseases.Methods Surveillance data were collected and analyzed according to the national AIDS sentinel surveillance protocol.Results Totally 2068 drug users of a compulsory detoxification institute were surveyed from 2011 to 2015,with 85.44% males,and 91.34% ≥25 age group.84.77%（1753）was oral drug users and 75.77%（1567）were aware of AIDS knowledge.The rate of condom use with commercial sexual partners（58.93%）was higher than that with their spouses or cohabitants（12.32%）.The detection rate of HIV positive in the five years was less than 1% and the detection rate of syphilis among females（17.94%）was higher than that among males（5.15%）.The detection rate of hepatitis C in intravenous drug users（44.13%）was higher than that in oral drug users（6.50%）;and that of hepatitis C in the group25 years old（7.26%）was lower than the one in those≥25 years old（12.71%）.Conclusion The HIV detection rate is low among drug users in Taiyuan.However,syphilis and hepatitis C infection rates should not be ignored.The main way of drug use is oral absorption,and the proportion of synthetic drugs（such as methamphetamine）is increasing year by year,which results in spreading of sexually transmitted diseases and should be paid attention to.
